How to order
Personalized work needs a little conversation. We’ll guide you through the details before anything is printed.
deposit to confirm
No cash on delivery. The balance is due before dispatch.
Choose a product and share the occasion, quantity, location, and the feeling you want the piece to carry.
We’ll confirm the options, design scope, estimated shipping fee, and payment instructions privately.
After confirmation, create a Google Drive folder with high-resolution files arranged in your preferred order.
We’ll prepare a digital proof. A basic layout and up to two revision rounds are included unless your quotation says otherwise.
Production takes approximately 15 business days after final layout approval. Delivery time is separate.

Use original, high-resolution files whenever possible. After your order is confirmed, create a Google Drive folder, arrange files in your preferred order, and share access with the designated HEARTPRINTS account.
Yes. You’ll receive a digital layout proof. A basic layout and up to two revision rounds are included unless otherwise stated in your quotation. Detailed arranging or extensive design work may be quoted separately.
Please allow approximately 15 business days after final layout approval. Courier or local delivery time is separate from production.
Delivery is quoted separately based on destination, parcel size, and the available courier. Grab or a local errand service may be arranged within Baguio City; courier shipping is available nationwide.
Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. An unboxing video is helpful but not the only acceptable proof. If HEARTPRINTS made the error, we’ll prioritize correction or replacement at no added cost.
Working photo and layout files are deleted from HEARTPRINTS storage within 30 days after successful delivery unless you ask us to retain them for a repeat order. We never publish customer photos without separate permission.
